Victoria is unhappy with her new life in Los Angeles. She is not having a good time and is feeling homesick. A source says:

"Things are not going well for them in LA. Victoria has been particularly upset and sobbed to David that their move may have been a mistake. She feels lonely and homesick. Jennifer Lopez and Victoria were getting on well but are no longer in touch. Jen doesn’t want to be caught in the hoopla surrounding the Beckhams. [But Victoria] is determined to make a go of it in LA and she and David will persevere."

"They've been blown away by Victoria since she arrived in LA. They love her style and think she has the perfect figure for the group. They are all huge Spice Girl fans and can't wait to have her on stage with them."

Pussycat Doll Jessica Sutta recently said:

"I love Victoria! When I was 14, my mum actually bought me a Posh doll because she was my favourite Spice Girl. I still have the doll up in my house and I'm definitely going to see the Spice Girls concert in Los Angeles and get the doll signed. I have also been practising my Posh pout!"

Other singers/celebrities who have joined the Pussycat Dolls for performances in the past include Christina Aguilera, Carmen Electra, Jessica Simpson, and Britney Spears.

Victoria's husband, David Beckham, is designing some outfits for the Spice Girls to wear on their upcoming reunion tour - an idea which girls are behind. He is making all black outfits, with a different theme for each Spice Girl. A source says:

"David has been helping out a lot ahead of the Spice Girls tour, which starts in December, and has offered to give them fashion advice. He has been looking at pictures of Julien Macdonald's collection on the Internet and has also studied other designer collections. He is drawing different strengths from various fashion designers, but obviously Victoria will have the final say."

He has also been helping Victoria practice her dancing for the tour, since newly assigned Spice Girls choreographer Jamie King has told the girls to ask their men to help them learn the new moves.

"One evening of baby-sitting turned into four days! The child was sick, there was no nanny, and when Mel called, she never even asked about the baby."

Tonia also said that she had to buy food for both girls out of her own pocket while Mel was gone. A spokesperson for Mel B has denied the story, also saying:

"Melanie is a hands-on mother completely dedicated to the upbringing of her children and the well-being of her entire family."

"I'd love to get back out there on tour and I'd really like to perform on the same stage as the Spice Girls. Even before we were friends, Posh was always my favourite."

A source close to the band added the rumor that tour organizers want to get similarly high profile supporting acts for the rest of the world tour. The source says:

"The girls want to appeal to all generations and produce a show that will go down in history. They have a hit-list of people they want and so far everyone is saying yes. They even joked about asking Robbie Williams (Geri Halliwell and Melanie Chisholm’s ex-boyfriend) to join them."

"Mel looks incredible. She's never been in better shape despite being a mum of two. She works hard, the results speak for themselves. Mel has been a joy to work with. I started working with her five days after her baby was born. Can you believe that? She was determined to get back her sensational looks, and she has. There's no single exercise that does it. It's a combination. Plus the right food and nutrition are vitally important. Everything Mel eats is organic, and she has flax seed oil, and salmon at least three a week, which help burn stomach fat. There is no magic bullet. You need to work like Mel has to get in great shape like her."

Her exercise regimen includes working out 6 days a week for a minimum of an hour each day, doing a combination of Brazilian martial arts and dance called Capoeira, traditional martial arts, yoga, water exercises, Joey's "marine boot camp" and lunges, and power walks in the Hollywood Hills. She eats six small meals a day of organic food including oatmeal, fruit, nuts, veggies, and grilled fish. She has also been doing dance practice preparing for her upcoming Dancing with the Stars appearance, for which she is said to be looking great on the dance floor.

So much so that she has spent over $112,000 on them. For the special editions that Victoria particularly loves, people sign up on a waiting list which can last 6 years.

The Spice Girls will give a performance at London's G-A-Y club in the last weekend of November (29th/30th), before their tour starts. The club has neither denied or confirmed this. A spokesperson for the Spice Girls did not fully deny it either, but said that the story was "inaccurate".

The Spice Girls are recording a song called "Lady", to be released as a double-A side on their reunion single "Woman". The song will be a tribute to Princess Diana and includes the lyrics: "Lady, you are an inspiration to us all, you made every woman stand so tall." There will also be a video for the song. A source says:

"They have always said how highly they thought of her and want to do something to pay their respects. Victoria in particular became the next big thing in the media after Diana and in some ways they feel guilty about that. Emma came up with the plan because she felt particularly guilty the girls were forced to turn down the chance to appear in the Concert for Diana earlier this summer due to her pregnancy. Geri was a huge fan and refers to Diana as the original Queen of Girl Power. She has been key in ensuring the single and video demonstrate that in a tasteful way."

Adam Shankman, one of the top American Choreographers (featured on the show So You Think You Can Dance (US)), has been successfully recruited by Victoria to help the Spice Girls update their dance routines for their upcoming reunion tour. He has put a team together to teach the girls some new moves after he was told that he may not be teaching all the girls at the same time for the first few weeks. He and his crew will be coming along on the tour to help with the girls' dancing - Shankman was instructed to clear his schedule from October to January. A dance industry source says:

"Adam will be starting rehearsals in October in LA, but during the first month the girls have lots of other commitments with their own schedules. Emma won't be coming out until mid- October, because she has just given birth. Time is of the essence, so Adam is co-ordinating a team so they are all at the same stage when they meet."

George Michael has been asked to write the Spice Girls' Christmas single. An insider told the News of the World (UK):

"The girls are thrilled to be in talks with George. He's one of the most talented songwriters around and it will make their comeback bigger and better than ever."

Now a bunch of jackasses in the British press have for the past few days turned this into headlines such as "Girls Aloud Slam Spice Girls", in pathetic attempts to create a feud. Anyway, Cheryl became upset at the reports and delivered the following message on the official Girls Aloud website:

"Cheryl dropped us a line today to clarify some comments she recently made in an interview with Live, the Mail on Sunday magazine. Cheryl was discussing the future of Girls Aloud, and said she wouldn't want the band to reform further down the line if they split up. A few reports have since surfaced claiming that Cheryl was making a dig at the Spice Girls, who are reforming for a tour this autumn. Cheryl would like to make it very clear that she was in no way having a pop at the Spice Girls: in fact, she's a big fan of the Spices, and has registered on the website hoping to get tickets for their concert, along with some of the other girls."

Yeah I've been seeing this "Girls Aloud slam Spice Girls" bullshit in the news for the past few days, knowing it was because I also read the original interview. To the British fake-press: Get a life and a set of morals while you're at it, assholes - a degree in journalism might also help.
