Mel G: No because we do them all ourselves in the studio.

Mel G: No, I don't know how to work my own computer at home, so I only do it when I come into Virgin.

Mel G: Some people think it's freaky, but I think it's a work of art. It's all about life and death and I recorded it when I was eight months pregnant.

Mel G: I don't care what she does, as long as she is happy.

Mel G: Pull my hair really hard and I nearly swung for her!
Elina: If you´re very tired and angry, what is the best way to calm you down?
Mel G: Sit in a quiet room by yourself and focus on the happy things of life.
Juliana: Do you like your hair better straight or curly?
Mel G: I prefer my hair being curly cos it's easier, when it was straight it was just an experiment and it only lasted for three days, I cut it out with a kitchen knife coz it was irritating me.

Mel G: I've got a wicked club mix from Canada called Stricktly Dance or something, which is underground remixes of ragga and R&B. The new Dru Hill cd.

Mel G: Yes, you are going to hear lots of new Spice Girl material and we're going to be better more vocal than ever. And the stage set is fantastic.

Mel G: I'd like to in the future, I think I need to live a few more years before I go down that road.

Mel G: Yes, she is a big lover a music and I bounce her around playing music and that's how I get her to sleep.
liz brockliss: What was it like doing an interwiew/programme with the artist formally known as prince?
Mel G: It was brilliant, I went to Paisley Park and had a really good day. Prince is not as weird as every one makes out.
Craig MacKenzie: It is rumoured that you have written a track for your album about Steven Lawrence, you, yourself are of mixed race, do you see racism in Britain as being a major problem
Mel G: I have written a track dedicated to him, not about him, but yes there is still a major problem with racism in Britain and I think the most important thing is education cos there are still alot of ignorant people about. Don't you agree?
Diogo Branco: What has been the funiest thing Phoenix have ever done?
Mel G: She did a very loud fart and everyone thought it was me and I was trying to explain that it wasn't but nobody would believe me and she's pulled my top down a few times! But hey, what the heck man!
Jacob Leach: Mel, I was wondering if when you got your tongue pierced it hurts? as I'm thinking about getting mine done on friday..... I am male. Do you think it's just a girl thing?
Mel G: Yes, my tongue did hurt when I got it done for about a week. You have to eat lots of mashed potatoe and milk shakes. If you get it done make sure you go to somewhere clean and hygenic and believe me the girls love it!
Kendra (Mel's # 1 fan in the states!!): Mel, we all know your working on the album & that you've really been in to the singing thing, BUT can we expect some Scary raps on there as well?
Mel G: I am not sure about rapping but you will definately hear my voice like you've never heard it before - I hope you enjoy it, it'll be out at some point next year.
Melisa Stocco: Have you got only three tattoos (japanese symbol, dragon, and ring) or are you hiding another one?
Mel G: I have 3 Japanese symbols on my stomach, the dragon on my back and a big tribal sign on the left cheek of my bum.

Mel G: Brilliant, but it was obvious wasn't it!
Theo Papazoglou: Your world tour was such a success. When do you think you will be touring again, because we really need to see you in Australia!!
Mel G: We are going to tour hopefully next year to all the places we missed out and Australia is definatley one of them.

Mel G: No, because there is nothing for them to do and I know that they get bored.

Mel G: Yes, I already do but you have to bear in mind that there are 3 other people all with their own musical influences as well, so it is there I promise.
James Atkin: How much did you enjoy working on your albumn in America?
Mel G: I haven't finished the album yet, I will be back there in October, I am really enjoying it so far.

Mel G: In a way yes as I have only got myself to answer for, but with the other girls it's more fun and you have back up and support.

Mel G: I'd like to think I have but then again I'm not sure if I have. When I go back to Leeds I know that I have.
